The location was awesome, and the staff were super friendly . They had common areas with books and free coffee/tea which was cool. Rooms were clean even tho mine was tiny. I liked the vintage vibe in the lobby with that piano. It's a good spot to relax after exploring the area.
The bathroom felt a bit cramped and it got really hot without air conditioning. Missing breakfast was a bummer since i had an early train.

Staff was very professional, polite and courteous. The hotel is located in the shopping district and in the hotel is an Irish Pub. Found the overall experience a very pleasant one and will stay there again.

Had a great stay! The comfy bed and good breakfast were highlights. A bit noisy due to a nearby festival, but after hours it calmed down. The bathroom could've been bigger tho. 😅

Very nice accurate quiet place, just 5 minutes walking from the main railway station, but you may have difficulties to find it. Very well technically equipped room, contained even an electrical kettle to make tea or coffee, which were also available. Nice clean shower and toilet with the free soap and shampoos. There was also a little safe box, but I didn't use it.
TV didn't work, but I wasn't opposed to use it at all. Also, if you would look for the public Internet, you won't find it easily in Heerlen, and also it was not available in the hotel (only Wi-Fi, but that was not just for me, because my laptop got broken day ago - they say it's in the lobby, but it's not). Breakfast might seem too expensive, so I didn't take it.

Spacious, ultra-clean, well-appointed rooms with especially comfortable beds. Professional staff. Close to city square and the train station. Classy for the money.

Unexpected fun at the festival
The staff were friendly and helped me navigate the local area. The hotel is conveniently located near bars and restaurants, made dining out easy and enjoyable.
I found the noise from a nearby festival disruptive during the night, but it quieted down after 10:45 PM. The single room was small, which may not suit everyone's preference for space.

Convenient spot for touring Maastricht, Aachen and Limburg countryside.
Be sure to take earplugs along if you're staying here on a weekend. The bar out front runs karaoke into the early morning hours and it will keep you awake unless you take counter-measures.

The hotel offers excellent coffee and tea facilities in the room, a nice touch for a morning boost. Plus, the unique and vintage decor adds character and charm to the experience.
Rooms are annoyingly small, especially when there's more than one person. The toilet placement in the bathrooms can be awkward, causing discomfort for some guests-it's a weird setup. There's no air conditioning, so on warmer nights, it can feel more like an oven than a room, even with a fan. Noise from the nearby Irish pub can be a real nuisance with loud music that disrupts sleep, not to mention the questionable cleanliness standards under beds. The bed quality is spotty too, with some guests finding the mattresses uncomfortable or prone to slippage. Parking is nonexistent at the hotel, and guests must rely on a paid lot across the street, which adds a layer of inconvenience. A mixed bag for sure.

Kind staff and good location within walking distance of the station, everything was good. Location: the hotel was just next door to art museum, historic church, fun shops, farmers market, train station, grocery, and performing arts center, Close to shops and the town centre of Heerlen. Plus, it was close enough to Thermenmuseum.

location was ideal.
The room was a bit too small, the tv didn't have a clear signal, the light level was poor and the wall light was coming off the wall.
